Research Cell

The Research Cell of the college with the Principal at the helm comprises of a senior faculty as co-ordinator, three staff representatives each from Arts, Science and Commerce/Self-financing stream. They encourage, co-ordinate and support the research activities of the college in diverse ways. Further the Department of Sociology maintains a Social Research Forum aimed at cultivating the research aptitude of students and organizing project work. All PG departments guide students in their research work and whenever possible take up projects that are relevant and beneficial for the people of the locality. UG students are also mandated to do project works in their final year under the guidance and expertise of a faculty.
