While NCC is a tri-service organization including Army, Navy and Air force, Carmel College NCC sub unit comprises of the Army wing. With an enrolled strength of 160 cadets, ever since its establishment in the college in 1981, this sub unit has always been one of the largest and most active subunits of the 7 Kerala girls battalion NCC. Our NCC cadets have participated in the Republic Day parade in New Delhi and in various National and Regional camps. The cadets also have secured the best cadets award.
