Alumni relations are great assets for the Department of English as the alumni are the ambassadors of their Alma Mater. The alumnae reunions help to track and reconnect with their former faculty, classmates and the present students of their Alma Mater. The frequent Alumni motivational talks with the current students about their respective fields provide opportunities to the latter to learn about their career paths and emerging trends in the diverse fields and also inspire them to strive for greater heights. Alumni also help them by contributing books to the Department Library. Alumni engagements not only provide positive learning experiences to the currently enrolled students but also give space and time for the alumni to stay reconnected with their Alma Mater. In 2020, 46 students of the Department of English joined ALUMNAE Association.
